OUR LEGACY: FOUNDED BY VISIONARIES
Mavericks Netball Club, Sandringham, was established in 2018, founded based on community spirit, player development and quality coaching, thanks to the dedication and passion for netball of four life members who brought the passion to life - Kristy Durston, Rachel Pears, Debra Tasevski, and Trinette Charleson.
Their tireless efforts and commitment forged the inclusive, supportive environment that defines Mavericks today. We are eternally grateful for their founding energy and leadership, which not only established us within the Bayside District Netball Association but also cemented our role as a vital pathway for local players.
Their legacy continues to inspire every team, coach and family involved, ensuring that the Mavericks Netball Club remains a positive and thriving pillar of the Bayside netball community.
